Canine and Feline Services and Prices

We offer mobile physiotherapy to dog and cat owners, meaning they do not have to bring their dog or cat to a clinic and instead can have the physiotherapy in the comfort of the dog’s or cat's home. This is particularly important for dogs recovering from surgery or cats who are nervous to go to clinics or vets.

Common conditions treated are:

  • Cranial cruciate ligament partial and full rupture (pre and post TPLO)
  • Luxating patella
  • Hip and Elbow Dysplasia
  • Osteoarthritis and degenerative joint disease
  • Intervertebral disc disease (IVDD)
  • Fractures
  • Wounds
  • Muscle damage and wastage
  • Neurological conditions
  • Tendon or ligament injuries

Signs your dog or cat may need to see a veterinary physiotherapist:

  • Changes to normal behaviour; not coming on the sofa, growling, increase anxious behaviour
  • Reluctance to stand or sit
  • Inability to go up or down stairs
  • Reduced enthusiasm for exercise
  • Hissing or growling when touching certain areas of their body e.g along their back

Support with exercise prescription

We offer exercise prescription sessions to support owners to achieve the exercises given in a correct and calm manner. Completing exercises with your dog correctly to achieve the benefit desired can be a difficult task. We offer 45 minute exercise only sessions which include:

  • comprehensive guide to each exercise
  • aid in teaching your dog how to complete the exercise.
  • clear demonstration of what you are looking for in well executed exercises.
  • how you can include exercises into you and your dog's daily routine to make it easier and more achievable.
