Positive reinforcement training

Positive reinforcement training is a science based training that involves the introduction of a posiitve stimulus, scratches, treats etc to shape desired actions. It allows for voluntary participation and gives your horse freedom to work out what is wanted from them.

We have spent the past 6 years learning how to train horses using positive reinforcment training and specifically using positive reinforcement for exercise prescription to encourage correct movement which is force free and teaches your horse how to move their body correctly to build strength and condition.

We offer positive reinforcement training session to support you and your horses journey into this incredible training modality.
